My Rebuttal to Facebook's CEO:

Facebook's CEO alleges that many people are just attacking Facebook. 

What we must all give deep consideration to is there allegedly seems to exist adequate and sufficient circumstantial prima facie inculpatory evidentiary data and information that tends to suggest and indicate that Facebook's Board of Directors, Corporate Officers, Responsible Managerial Employees, and all other persons so similarly situated who had and presently have officially appointed designated fiduciary lawful and legal obligations to act as agents and Representatives for the incorporated entity know as Facebook failed to exercise due care and due diligence in their respective individual and collective duties owed to safeguard and protect all Facebook Account Holders private confidential data and information that had been entrusted to Facebook. 

Whether or not such data breaches had been unintentional or intentional allegedly seem to constitute an ongoing and continuing pattern of established civil negligent acts. 

Facebook's CEO allegedly seems to have made oral statements before the United States of America's Federal Congress that are directly relevant and pertinent to Facebook's failure to exercise due care and due diligence in efforts to prevent the 2016 meddling allegedly by Russian Nationals in The United States of America's Presidential Election. 

It remains an open question as to whether or not Facebook's Board of Directors and Corporate Officers will psychologically become of age and begin to exercise due care and due diligence in operating Facebook Corporation as a responsible Corporate World Citizen!

So what really Constitutes FAKE NEWS? 

President Trump failure to define what is exactly FAKE NEWS in itself is rather suspicious in nature, simply because without a definition whether properly or improperly intelligently articulated we are only unfortunately left with argumentative and speculative vague and ambiguous terminalogy of so-called "FAKE NEWS" that allegedly seems to lack legal adequate and sufficient reliable foundation of corroborative and supportive Factual evidendentiary data and information in which to draw a direct or indirect analysis of any types or forms of possible and potential antecedotal and circumstantial evidence that can be challenged and either confirmed or refuted.  

If what President Trump says is actually accurate and true there must be in existence voluminous published printed, audio, and video prima facie inculpatory evidenctiary data and information that President Donald J. Trump could release to The United States of America Citizens to provide irrefutable proof that indeed USA Commercial News Media Outlets Defamed President Trump while running for political office and later being elected as President of The United States of America! 

So I, Michael Dennis Murphy again challenge Donald J. Trump to voluntarily produce and turn over any types and forms of possible and potential prima facie inculpatory evidenctiary data and information that would tend to corroborate and support President Trump's overt public contentions that President Trump is a victim of a massive conspiracy to ruin his reputation and credibility before The United States of America's Citizens!

We do not yet know if President Trump actually committed high crimes and misdemeanors! 

The Trump Administration allegedly seem to be paralyzed due to the appearance of gross improprieties. 

The verdict is still out as to whether or not President Trump will be able to faithfully discharge his official and formal duties of the office of President of The United States of America. 

We must all exercise extra reasonable due care and due diligence in conducting and performing our own analysis of the Russian Probe. 

Right Now: There exists rampant argumentative and speculative controversial editorial opinion commentaries that are biassed in nature that lack adequate and sufficient legal foundations in which to make any final determinations of guilt or innocence in the Russian Probe. 

California CDCR Parole Agents Knowingly and Intentionally "Violate" USA Federal Ban On Marijuana as an unlawful and Illegal Controlled Substance within The State of California:

Unfortunately California CDCR Parole Agents "CANNOT" Comprehend and Understand that 

State of California Parolees are "NOT" Supposed to Violate Federal Statutory Laws while on California CDCR Parole!

It is against law for California CDCR Parolees to violate any types or forms of California and United States of America Federal Statutory Laws while on CDCR Parole within The State of California.

This includes the possession, use, and selling of Marijuana officially known to be an unlawful and Illegal Controlled Substance under United States of America Federal Drug Laws.

So unfortunately our State of California CDCR Parole Agents are knowingly and Intentionally aiding and abetting California Parolees in violating their individual and collective "General Conditions of CDCR Parole NOT to violate any Laws State or USA Federal Statutory Laws !

This is a Big Scandal that is going unreported.
